We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours using Royal Mail. All deliveries outside the UK will be International Signed For Postage.
Postage and carriage charges are calculated by weight. When you go to checkout you will be shown the different delivery options and costs available to you.

If you find that you are not satisfied with your purchase....
If the return was not due to an error of ours (i.e.- you ordered it and then decide that you do not want it), you may return it and we will gladly credit your credit card, minus any shipping or handling charges.
If the contents of the package is not what you ordered...
If the return was due to an error of ours (i.e.- we accidentally sent the wrong merchandise), please accept our apologies. We will accept full responsibility for re-shipping the right product to you.
Please email us (sales@crazycreationsuk.com) and let us know you wish to return part or all of your purchase. Explain the cause of the return. Be sure to include your name and address and the sales number from the packing slip included with your order.
